5. We may use your information to offer our own or third-party products and services that we think you may find of interest, such as restaurant coupons, specials or similar promotions, but will never sell or distribute your private information to an outside third party.

1. Cancellation Policy. Because we transfer your order electronically to the restaurant, once your order is placed online and confirmed by our Customer Service Representative it is final. All online orders must be confirmed by phone to ensure accuracy and delivery times before they will be processed. If we cannot reach you by phone or alternate phone we may not process the order. Because each item is prepared to order, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however we will make every attempt to deliver within the time frames quoted by our Customer Service Representative.
2. Privacy. We respect your personal privacy and the sensitivity of your information. Please see our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement for the details of our commitment.
3. Copyright Notice. No part of this site may be reproduced, photocopied, stored on a retrieval system, or transmitted without the express written consent of HOTELVIP.NET. By using our service, you agree that you have read our faq sheets and terms of service and understand that Hotelvip.net or its owners, employees and affilliates are not responsible or liable for anything we deliver to you and in the case of food poisoning, death, hospitalization, etc, we cannot be sued, brought to court, or stated as liable or responsible directly or indirectly per agreement when you contacted us and used our services or had a third party contact us to use our services for you.

7. By ordering from Hotelvip.net and its delivery drivers, dispatch, etc, you understand that we will make one delivery from restaurant, business to your hotel or business only. Unless your order is wrong as far as something is missing from your order ONLY, we will not make any addtional delivery drives for you. The drivers may do so out of courtesy only, but otherwise an additional fee of $2.50-$4.00 dollars will be placed onto your order if we do so. You can contact customer care at helpdesk@hotelvip.net to report any problems with your delivery in which we may resolve it and possibly refund your money.
